The high altitudes and warm, dry winds in this area protect it from frost, allowing coffee to thrive at astonishing heights of 2000 meters above sea level.
Due to the challenging transportation at such heights, most coffee producers in the region process their own coffee.

Los Huipiles is a special coffee produced by nine growers who collaborate to create this exceptional blend. They carefully pick ripe cherries, remove their skins through pulping, and fully wash them to separate the flesh from the coffee bean. Afterward, the coffee is sun-dried, graded, This processing method, known as fully-washed, ensures a consistently delicious cup of coffee with vibrant and clean flavours, along with a delightful sweetness.
